FAQ

What can be Trademarked?

A trademark can be any sign or symbol that is capable of being represented graphically, used to distinguish goods and services from other businesses. They can include a colour or combination of colours, shapes, slogans, letters, numbers, symbols, or words/phrases.

It must however be distinctive and non-descriptive to pass the registration process. You can use words and phrases that have no meaning in the specific industry sector such as “Kiwi Designs” would most likely pass the test for a web design service.
